- What is the fastest way to send a parcel overseas?
- Movixor Priority typically delivers in 1–3 business days door-to-door. Transit times depend on destination and customs processing.
- Do you handle customs paperwork?
- We guide you through the required invoice and declaration fields at booking. The carrier files the paperwork with the destination country. For complex shipments, our support team can help.
- How does pickup work?
- Select "pickup required" at booking and choose a time window. Our partner pickup the package from your door and hand it to the carrier.
- What can't I ship internationally?
- Lithium batteries (loose), currency, weapons, perishable food, and restricted medicines. See /prohibited-items for the full list.
- How do I track my shipment?
- Every shipment gets a Movixor tracking number (MVX-...) and the carrier AWB. Both work on /track.
- Can I cancel a booking?
- Yes, before the carrier picks up the package. Refund policies depend on whether a label was generated. See our refund policy.
