Refund & cancellation policy
Effective date: 1 January 2026
Cancellation windows
- Before label generation: Full refund minus any payment gateway fees.
- After label generation, before pickup: Partial refund. Carrier base charges may be retained.
- After pickup: No refund, except through our claims process for lost or damaged shipments.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay. Timing depends on your bank, typically 5–7 business days.

Payment failures
If you're charged but the shipment doesn't get created (rare), we either retry the carrier automatically or initiate a refund within 24 hours.
