File a claim

Lost, damaged, or significantly delayed? Let us know and our claims team will investigate.

You can file a claim within 30 days of the expected delivery date. You'll need your tracking number, an invoice for the contents, and photos if the damage is visible.

What we need

  • Movixor tracking number (MVX-...)
  • Declared value and contents
  • Photos of damage (if applicable)
  • Proof of value — invoice, receipt, or product listing
