These Terms of Service govern your use of the Movixor platform and services operated by Movixor Logistics Pvt. Ltd. ("Movixor", "we", "us").

1. Our role

Movixor is an international courier aggregator. We facilitate shipments by third-party partner carriers. Partner carriers remain responsible for the physical transport of your shipment.

2. Prohibited items

You may not ship items listed on our Prohibited items page. Movixor may cancel and refuse to refund shipments found to contain prohibited items.

3. Declared value and insurance

You are responsible for accurately declaring the value and contents of your shipment. Optional insurance is available at booking.

4. Payment and cancellation

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund policy.

5. Limitation of liability

Movixor's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the shipment, except where you have purchased insurance. Full details are available on request.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
